Q: Where do I fly into?
A: Norfolk, VA. Rent a car and then drive through the rural Carolina countryside for two hours to Corolla.

Q: What kinds of grocery stores in Corolla?

A: Very basic, no specialty food items. If you have dietary needs, you should stop in Virginia. Resources in Corolla are limited.  When you get to Corolla, most stores are within a 15-minute car ride.

 

Q: Does my house have towels and the normal necessities for me?

A: You should have gotten an email with what they will provide for you. Most rentals do not provide towels, paper goods, or toiletry items.

Q: Where do I park for each event?

• A: Pickleball- carpool, ride a bike or park at Corolla Light and walk over.

• A: S'mores- Need to walk or ride a bike to the beach access on Persimmon Street. 

• A: Beer Garden- Limited parking. Its more fun to ride a bike or walk ;)

• A: Wedding- Village Lane, Corolla, NC 27927. Lots of parking and a short walk over to the ceremony. 

 

Q: Do I need to have my own pickleball paddle?

A: Nope! We will have paddles waiting for you.

Q: What time should I head to the Whalehead Club for the wedding?

A: Depending on your transportation and your location, please arrive and be in your seat for the ceremony at 3:50.

Q: If I leave on Saturday after the wedding, what time should I go to the airport?

A: LOTS OF TRAFFIC - expect it to take longer than when you came in. It can take up to 4 hours.
